The Ottenstein Vitality Center building provides recreation, relaxation, and exercise facilities for the Garden Court residents including a reception center, exercise pool, therapy pool, fitness room, massage room, and a large multi-purpose room that can accommodate religious services, entertainment gatherings, and other resident functions.  The lighting design included special systems for the indoor pool, massage rooms, multi-purpose rooms including multi-zoned Lutron dimmer systems. Day-lighting controls were provided for the 1000SF main residence lounge.  A new 2000A 480Y/277V main service as provided to serve these two buildings.
