Michael Wall Engineering, Inc. is producing electrical construction documents for this 440,000SF, 11-story corporate office building and two adjacent parking structures. The scope of work includes separate shell and tenant improvements to be performed in multiple phases. This facility contains an executive floor with an elaborate executive boardroom and multiple conference rooms, including advanced audio/visual capabilities. The 11th floor features a full service kitchen with both indoor formal dining and outdoor café dining. There are both open and private offices throughout, as well as a large data center and product demonstration area. The open office areas will be illuminated with linear pendant indirect lighting systems. Also included are an employee fitness center, outside basketball and volleyball courts, a large auditorium featuring theatrical lighting, a corporate family store, employee break rooms, and a comprehensive shipping and receiving center. This facility is designed to be LEED Silver certified.
