Michael Wall Engineering, Inc. prepared design/build electrical construction documents and site lighting design for approximately 407,220SF of four (4) Residential Buildings on the East Campus of UCSD. The project called for the new construction of 400 two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments, a 132,140SF parking structure, 6,000SF common building with meeting rooms, vending and mail areas, and leasing offices. Fire alarm, specialty voice/data and communication systems were designed to integrate into existing campus buildings.
