This unique 95,000 SF facility includes a variety of occupancies including large scale conference facilities, classrooms, seminar rooms, administrative offices, VIP residential building, and a masterpiece renaissance art gallery. The electrical system includes highly specialized lighting and controls to support conference rooms, seminar areas, and and the art gallery. Extensive coordination of signal systems including fire alarm, telephone, data, security, and audio/visual was integrated in to the electrical design as well.
