This $85 million, 300,000SF complex consists of five buildings; one (1) three-story, one (1) four-story, and one (1) five-story office building plus a vehicle maintenance and a central utilities plant. The project includes open office space, library space, training rooms, computer center, reprographics room, large scale presentation and conference rooms, a full service cafeteria and a child care facility. The central plant houses a 750kW diesel generator for emergency power and (2) 500 ton chillers with a 100 ton emergency demand chiller. This facility utilizes Lon Works systems integration to control and monitor fire alarm, security, access control, telephone, data/network, paging intercom, CATV, HVAC/DDC, and lighting control.
