The office area totals 69,665SF and the below grade parking totals 29,300SF. The building also includes 13,335SF of exterior circulation, covered areas and terraces. The electrical system design includes a 12kV 1500kVA 480Y/277V unit substation inside the building and a 250kW standby diesel generator outside the building. The electrical system complies with OSHPD Level 3 requirements.
