Michael Wall Engineering, Inc. prepared electrical construction documents for the 98,965SF five-level Counseling, Disabled, and Student Health Services Center building consisting of a four-story health center plus one level of below-grade parking. The office area totals 69,665SF and the below grade parking totals 29,300SF. The building also includes 13,335SF of exterior circulation, covered areas and terraces. The electrical system design includes a 12kV 1500kVA 480Y/277V unit substation inside the building and a 250kW standby diesel generator outside the building. The electrical system complies with OSHPD Level 3 requirements.
