Michael Wall Engineering, Inc. produced construction documents for this multi-building office development. Phase one included one (1) 350,000SF, 12-story high-rise office tower, located above a 105,000SF three-level subterranean parking structure, and an additional 213,000SF of surface parking. Phase two was comprised of one (1)14-story, 350,000SF high-rise office tower, built above a 104,000SF, three-level subterranean parking structure, and an additional 297,000SF nine-level parking structure. Michael Wall Engineering created specifications for the entire electrical systems design, including all power, signal, and lighting systems. Specialty uplighting includes green plexineon LED highlighting and metal halide uplighting with green dichroic filters. Bus duct riser distribution power systems with mulit-floor SDG&E tenant metering are included, as well as a 600kW/750kVA standby generator, life safety, and legally required power systems.
