Michael Wall Engineering, Inc. is producing electrical construction documents for a new 14-story high-rise office condominium project to be located in downtown San Diego, CA. The project includes 40,000SF of area above grade parking plus approximately 3,600SF of basement area. Spaces include ground floor retail, with the remaining thirteen (13) floors operating as office condominiums. Each tenant at the Nolen will occupy an entire floor and have private elevator access through Point Access Control. This upscale design incorporates private balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows, ballpark and bay views.
