Michael Wall Engineering, Inc. produced electrical construction documents for this luxury 3-story, 86-room hotel that rests over a single level of subterranean parking. The hotel totals 53,561SF while there are two restaurants, one is 4,800SF and the other is 770SF. An emergency generator system was designed to provide the required and stand-by power which runs to separate building systems. Additionally included was redistribution design for life-safety and stand-by equipment, as well as and non-emergency loads.
