The Carlsbad Ranch Resort project consists of multiple phases of construction including over 700,000SF of timeshare, hotel and common areas. The development includes 700 residential units, made up of 350 hotel rooms and 350 timeshare villas. The on-site buildings include a conference facility, parking structure, ballrooms, dining and meeting rooms, a health spa, gymnasium and offices. The scope of work for this project also included new pad site improvements, street and landscape enhancements, and site infrastructure. Due to the highly complex nature of this project, close coordination with the architectural, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing contractors was executed.
