This project consists of a 16,000SF interior renovation and addition to the Fairbanks Ranch Country Club. Included in the design is the complete renovation of the full service kitchen and dining room with separate female and male cocktail bar lounges. Additionally, both the male and female locker/shower rooms were renovated with added steam spa areas. This project provided a unique opportunity for intimate coordination between the design and construction phases to ensure operational continuity of the entire facility throughout construction.
