Michael Wall Engineering, Inc. produced design/build electrical construction documents for a new 200,000SF 6-story build-to-suit office facility for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in Fresno, CA. This 6-story building is also partnered with an 800-vehicle parking structure. Engineering scope included both interior, exterior, parking and landscape lighting, including specialty lighting design for curved walls and a highly detailed architectural reflected ceiling plan. Furniture circuiting plans, general circuiting and controls were all done to comply with Title 24 requirements.
