Michael Wall Engineering, Inc. provided electrical engineering services for this new 33,700SF public facility. The City Hall building is the anchor structure of the new civic center development, which also includes the new Police Department Headquarters and City Library. The building features a 125kW diesel generator to support life-safety loads and a 325SF computer room. The computer room houses all city networking equipment and features a dedicated HVAC system, fire suppression system, and a 40kW UPS. Additional designs include a sophisticated audio/video system and dimming system intended for television broadcasts, and specialized exterior lighting design for the public areas. p>
