Michael Wall Engineering, Inc. provided electrical construction documents for this 110,00SF, 2-story built-to-suit corporate office building made up of executive, sales, general office and laboratory spaces. Original tenant improvements included the main electrical service, telephone service, CATV service, main lobby, elevator lobbies, restrooms, equipment rooms, corridors, stairs, and site work. A new 3000A 480Y/277V service was designed, as well as a 150KW standby diesel generator set and a new 3,000SF server room. Michael Wall Engineering, Inc. also created the voice paging system design, voice/data cable plant design, fire alarm, security, and structured cabling request for proposal.
